基于XFRACAS的产品批次追溯方法研究

Research on product batch traceability based on XFRACAS

针对企业产品可追溯性的实现过程中存在的问题以及产品批次管理中存在的不足,在研究XFRACAS的基础上,提出了基于XFRACAS系统的产品批次管理方法,此方法应用XFRACAS系统对批次故障报告进行分析,采用8D方法对批次故障报告进行执行;最终实现了对客户反馈故障以及对批次产品质量的根源性故障的快速追踪,提高了解决质量缺陷的效率,从而为产品可追溯性的实现提供有效途径。

Due to the problem and deficiency during the process which in achieving the product traceability and batch management, based on the investigation about XFRACAS, bring forward a method about product batch management based on XFRACAS. This method use XFRACAS to analyses and use an 8D process to execute the batch fault reports.Finally this method can trace the rooted cause of the fault product whose failure was reported by the consumer much faster.The efficacy solving quality defect can be improved and this method may a better way to achieve the product traceability for our enterprises.
