以国内某航空企业复合材料生产车间的生产执行系统的应用为基础,介绍了生产计划调度管理的地位和相关理论,简要介绍了生产执行系统的总体框架,阐述了计划调度管理信息系统的系统业务功能组成及其柔性,论述了由于生产计划调度管理子系统实施带来的对车间组织和流程上的改变,最后介绍了生产计划调度管理的设计和部分功能实现。系统已在某航空企业复合材料生产车间得到应用。

It is based on application of manufacturing execution system in a composite workshop of one aircraft manufacturing enterprise.Position and theory of production planning and scheduling were. presented.The system structure of manufacturing execution system was simply introduced.The system structure, technology scheme, flexibility of the production planning and scheduling management information system were described.The changing of workshop organization and workflow that caused by the application of the system was also described. Finally, design and some function models of the production planning and scheduling management information system were introduced.The system has been applied in a composite workshop of one aircraft manufacturing enterprise.
