拉绳自动回收装置被广泛应于家用电器产品中，这就需要对其进行疲劳寿命试验。本文给出了基于PLC控制的拉绳疲劳试验机的设计思路和工作原理，详细介绍了该设备的系统组成、软硬件设计方案。

Fatigue test is key to the lifetime of many electronic products, since the pull rope is widely used in the automatic resetting device. This paper describes the design idea and operating principle of a pull rope fatigue test set based on PCL control. The system architecture and the design of hardware/software are also given.
