摘要
豆科、桔梗科一些植物果实含有刺激微生物细胞分裂、促进细胞增长的增长因子。本所经大量初筛,获得一种对固氮菌和大豆根瘤菌刺激生长效果显著的增长因子Ⅱ,使固氮菌(Alcaligensfaecalis)发酵最高菌数提高3倍,发酵周期缩短30%,大豆根瘤(22—10)菌数提高5倍。经分析,增长因子Ⅱ的主要成份为6-甲氧基-7-氢基香豆素.
The fruits of some plant in Legumiosae、platycodon grandiflorum have a increasing factor,that can stimulus microbioledcal cell to split, and promot the cel to increase. We had done agreat deal screening work, got a increaing factor Ⅰ, that can promote Alcaligens faecalis and Glycikemax nodules to grow significantly, the maximum ferment bacterium data of Alcaligensfaecalis increase by 300%, the ferment period shortenes 30%. The bacterium data of Glydke-max nodules (22-10) increases by 500%. Through analysing, the main commpition of the in-creasing of factor Ⅱ is 6-methoxyl-7-hydroxy coumarin.
