摘要
水溶性暂堵剂 ZDJ-J 主要用5‰丙烯酸树脂-Ⅱ按20%的增重比包裹无机盐而成。ZDJ-J 暂堵剂在水中能溶解且速度慢,在酸中溶解率较低,且在50℃经过24 h 后在水中的溶解率能达到70%以上。酸化解堵后,其渗透率恢复率超过90%,对地层无伤害。暂堵剂 ZDJ-J 最佳用量为10%,增粘剂加量为5‰时可以达到多层酸化的目的,有效地改善水井的吸水剖面,缓解同层和层间矛盾。
Water - soluble temporary plugging agent ZDJ - J was prepared by binding inorganic salt using 5%o acrylic resin - Ⅱ with the mass increased by 20%. ZDJ - J temporary plugging agent could dissolve in water slowly and in acid with low rate. The dissolution rate in water of 50 ℃ could reach more than 70% after 24 hours. After acidization ,the recovery of penetration ratio was more than 90% ,and the agent had no harm to formation. Many layers could be acidized, and profile in the water well could be modified, thus solve the problems present in the same layer or different layers when the contents of temporary plugging agent and tackifier was 10% and ‰ respectively.
