摘要
空气预热器(简称空预器)的漏风检测方法是目前锅炉燃烧中亟待解决的重要问题之一。结合当今比较先进的温度场测量方法的研究,针对空预器温度场分布的构建问题进行了分析,得到了较高精度的重建温度场图像和等温线,最后通过计算机仿真试验,验证了该方法用于检测空预器漏风问题的可行性。
The detection method of air pre-heaters' leakage is one of the important and urgent issues in boiler combustion at present. Together with the study of acoustic temperature field measurement method which is relatively advanced currently,this paper analyses the reconstruction of air pre-heaters' temperature field and obtains the reconstructed image and isotherm of temperature field with high precision, and finally confirms the feasibility of this method in detecting air pre-heaters' leakage through the computer simulation experiment.
