摘要
疾病负担作为卫生服务研究中的一个重要内容,可为卫生服务可及性评价提供卫生资源的利用情况。从国际卫生服务研究的大趋势看,疾病负担在卫生服务可及性评价中所起角色日趋重要。本文就疾病负担与卫生服务可及性评价之间的关系及其应用进展做较系统的回顾。
As an important content in the study of health service, disease burden can provide information concerning the using condition of health resources to the accessibility assessment of public health services. From a perspective of the international trend of health service, disease burden plays an increasingly vital role in the accessibility assessment of health service.
