“Disgrace”, the representative works of John Maxwell Coetzee, is a novel with fertile implication and profound ideology. The essay subverted the traditional binary antithesis relation via deeonstructing literature theory, i.e., the negro and the white, man and women, human being and animal, crashed the white ethnocen-trism, male chauvinism, anthropocentrism in the western civilization, revealed Coetzee＇s anxiety on human＇s survival, humanitarianism solitude and ideal for creating Utopia.
