摘要
大学生管理工作是学校工作的重要组成部分。高等教育的跨越式发展与教育思想的更新,使传统的学生管理模式面临严峻挑战。为了适应新形势,需实现学生管理模式的三个转变及实现三个转变的途径。
Student management work proves the crucial organizing section of college work. Leapfrog development and replacement of educational ideology of higher education bring up traditional student management mode confront severe challenge. To adapt to new situation, three transformation and the access to realize the three trans-formation are required for student management mode.
