摘要
当前我国在劳资关系总体稳定的大背景下,还存在着劳动管理不规范和劳动者权益屡受侵害等不和谐因素。SA8000是全球第一个可用于第三方认证的社会责任标准,利用其特殊作用机制能有效地保护劳动者权益。政府、企业、中介组织三者应形成合力,共促SA8000成为协调我国劳动关系除法律之外又一重要手段。
At present under the general stable labor-capital relations, there exist several unharmonious factors such as irregular labor management, infringed labor right in China. As the first social responsibility standard certificated by a third party on a global scale, SA8000 can protect the labor right effectively through its special role mechanism. Government, enterprise and medium organizations should promote SA8000 to become the important method coordi- nating China' s labor relations besides law.
