集群规模是一个不容忽视的问题,产业集群发展必须考虑规模优化和"阈限"。通过建立并分析基于资源共享的集群规模关联模型,得出的结论是,在集群资源一定的条件下,当集群成员企业收益dri最大,即其边际收益等于边际成本时,新进出集群的企业出现大致平衡,此时集群成员企业数量即为集群最适规模。通过分析集群规模与资源利用、集群效应之间的相互影响,提出了以集群规模促进集群效应增强的途径。
