摘要
介绍了自动测试系统中系统不确定度的基本概念、组成和来源。为了消除系统不确定度对测试结果的影响,结合实际综合自动测试系统的硬件平台和软件平台,提出并实现了自动测试系统中的系统不确定度的两种处理方法。实践证明,这两种处理方法在工程实践中取得了较好的效果。
The basic concept, composition and origin of the uncertainty of system in ATS are introduced. In order to abolish the influence of uncertainty of system to test result,two kinds of methods in processing the uncertainty of system in ATS are put forward based on the hardware platform and software platform of the practical integrated automatic test system. Proved by practice, the two kinds of methods have better effect in engineering practice.
