超声引导经阴道局部注射5-氟尿嘧啶联合中药治疗异位妊娠27例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Local Injection of 5-Fluorouracil per Vagina under Ultrasonic Guidance plus Traditional Chinese Medicine for 27 Cases with Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨5-氟尿嘧啶联合中药治疗异位妊娠的的临床效果。方法应用超声引导下对27例未破裂型异位妊娠病人进行病灶穿刺注射5-氟尿嘧啶,同时辅以中药治疗。结果25例治疗后血-βhcg明显下降,疗效满意,治疗成功率为92%,血-βhcg转阴时间短。结论5-氟尿嘧啶联合中药治疗异位妊娠成功率高、副反应少,为临床保守治疗异位妊娠提供了一种新的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of 5 - fluorouracil plus traditional Chinese medicine for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Local injection of 5-fluorouracil under ultrasonic guidance was performed to 27 cases with unruptured ectopic pregnancy and at the same time, traditional Chinese medicine was provided. Results Out of the 27 cases, 25 cases showed out good curative effect, serum β-hCG decreased greatly after treatment, the successful rate was 92 %. Conclusions The treatment of 5 - fluorouracil plus traditional Chinese medicine for ectopic pregnancy is of high successful rate, less side-effects and short time for serum β-hcg to revert to negativity, it is a new expectant treatment for ectopic pregnancy.
