手术环境对患者的负性影响因素调查及护理对策探讨

Investigation of the Negative Influence Factors of Surgical Environment on Patients and Discussion of the Nursing Counter-measures

目的探讨手术环境对患者的负性影响因素,以利于创造良好的手术环境,提高手术治疗效果,促进患者早日康复。方法采用问卷调查方式,对2007年中的563例手术患者进行手术环境中的各个环节的负性影响因素调查。结果手术环境均可对患者造成不同程度的负性影响。结论改善手术环境,提高手术室工作人员的素质能降低手术环境对患者的负性影响,保证医疗质量、促进患者早日康复。

Objective To discuss the negative influence factors of surgical environment on patients and the improvement of clinical nursing for early recovery of patients. Methods 563 surgical patients in 2007 were investigated by questionnaire survey about the negative influence factors in each link of surgical environment and the result was analyzed. Results Surgical environment made various negative influences on patients. Conclusions Effective clinical nursing can reduce the negative influence of surgical environment on surgical patients and can guarantee the quality of medical care.
