Clinical Study on the Application of rhEGF in Skin Expansion

目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)在扩张术中的临床应用效果。方法32例患者共埋置78个扩张器,随机分为治疗组和对照组,采用自身对照,治疗组在常规扩张的同时于扩张器内注入rHEGF,对照组仅常规扩张。测量两组扩张率、即时回缩率。结果治疗组扩张至额定容量的时间、即时回缩率较对照组减少(P<0.05),扩张率较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论rhEGF能促进皮肤扩张,降低皮瓣回缩率,提高皮瓣质量,改善治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of rhEGF in skin expansion. Methods 32 cases with 78 expanders planted were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group and control group ; routine expansion was applied to both groups while injection of rhEGF into the expander was added to treatment group; self- control was adopted, the expansion rate and the immediate stretch- back rate of both groups were detected. Results The time for expanding to nominal capacity in treatment group was shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05） and its expansion rate was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions rhEGF can accelerate the expansion of skin flap, reduce its stretch - back rate ,- increase its quality and improve the curative effect.
