战士嵌甲症原因及治疗分析

The Cause and Treatment for Ingrown Toenail of Soldiers

目的分析战士嵌甲症的发生原因及治疗方法,以减少战士因战士嵌甲症的发生,降低部队缺勤率。方法对71例患嵌甲症的战士发病原因进行分析及行部分切甲+甲床破坏术。结果战士嵌甲症的发生与指甲修剪不当、穿鞋质地和松紧、高强度训练及外伤有关。行部分切甲+甲床破坏术治疗的治愈率达100%。结论部分切甲+甲床破坏术治疗战士的嵌甲症,操作简便易行,损伤小,疼痛轻,恢复快,不破坏趾甲的外观及保护功能,并能有效降低部队缺勤率。

Objective To analyze the cause of ingrown toenail of soldiers and to discuss the treatment. Methods 71 soldiers with ingrown toenails were treated with nail - cutting plus nail plate destruction. Results The incidence of ingrown toenail was related to improper nail - cutting, the texture of shoes, high intensive training and trauma; the curative rate of the treatment of nail - shearing plus nail plate destruction for ingrown toenail was 100%. Conclusions The treatment of nail - shearing plus nail plate destruction for ingrown toenail of soldiers has the advantages of easy performance, small wound, less pain, quick recovery, little affection on the appearance and function protection; it can help effectively reduce the absence rate of the army.
