摘要
以钛酸正丁酯(TBT)为无机前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备PVA/TiO2杂化膜,并将其作为载体固定化过氧化物酶,探讨了PVA质量分数、pH值,以及VTBT∶V正丁醇对反应体系稳定性的影响.红外光谱检测分析表明杂化膜材料有新键形成,当掺杂TiO2的比为1%时,杂化膜的抗张强度有所提高;固定的过氧化物酶贮存和温度稳定性有所改善,且具有良好的操作稳定性.
PVA/ TiO2 hybrid membranes used for the immobilization of HRP were prepared by Sol-Gel method with TBT used as inorganic medium. The influences of PVA concentration, pH value and volume ratio of butanol and TBT on stability of reaction system were studied. IR result showed that the new bond existed in part of PVA/ TiO2 Hybrid Membranes. When mass percent of TiO2 was 1%, the tensile strength of hybrid membranes compared with PVA film was increased. The storage and thermal stabilities of immobilized HRP were improved fairly and it has a good working stability.
