摘要 用磁控溅射的方法在PET表面镀上金属铜和镍,使其具有抗电磁辐射的功能.PET表面镀金属膜影响它的透气性能和电磁屏蔽性能.通过分析金属增重率对溅射织物的透气率以及电磁屏蔽性能的影响,以方便综合考虑服装的防电磁屏蔽性能和服装的舒适性能之间的关系. Copper & Nickel films have been coated on PET fabrics by magnetron sputtering to fabricate electromagnetic shielding. The Increasing Weight Rate of Copper& Nickel films on PET affects its gas permeability and electromagnetic shielding function. By analyzing the relations between Increasing Weight Rate, gas permeability and electromagnetic shielding function, the best Increasing Weight Rate has been determined.
