摘要
目的探讨癌相关抗原125(CA125)和CA199联合应用在卵巢恶性肿瘤和子宫内膜异位症中的临床应用价值及其不同表达。方法检测我院50例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者、50例子宫内膜异位症患者和同期50例卵巢良性囊肿患者(对照组)的CA125和CA199,并进行比较。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤组患者CA125和CA199明显高于子宫内膜异位症患者和对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA125和CA199明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CA125和CA199的检测是一项简便可行的方法,具有较高的特异性和准确性,二者联合测定可提高其敏感性。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of cancer-associated antigen-125 （CA125） and cancer-associated antigen-199 （CA199） in ovarian malignant tumor and endometriosis and discuss its clinical significance. [Method] To compare the expression of CA125 and CA199 in ovarian malignant tumor, Endometriosis and benign oophoritic cyst by radioimmunity. [Results] CA125 and CA199 in ovarian malignant tumor significantly increased in Endometriosis （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Measurement of serum CA125 and CA199 level is a convenient method with high specificity and accuracy. It can be used in the adjuvant diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor and endometriosis.
