单吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛根治术中的应用

Application of single stapler in anus-preserving rectectomy for low-positioned rectal cancer

目的探讨应用单吻合器行低位直肠癌保肛根治手术的方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析该院应用单吻合器行保肛手术的58例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果所有手术均获得成功,术后吻合口瘘1例,经保守治疗痊愈,无吻合口狭窄及切口感染,无手术死亡,术后6个月局部复发1例,改用Miles术。结论应用单吻合器可完成低位直肠癌的保肛根治手术,安全可靠、经济实用,可明显改善患者的生活质量。

[Objective] To explore the methods and clinical curative effect of single stapler applied in anus-preserving rectectomy for low positioned rectal cancer. [Methods] The data of 58 patients with low-positioned rectal cancer, who underwent anus-preserving rectectomy with single stapler, was retrospectively analyzed. [Results] Anus-preserving rectectomy was successfully performed in all the 58 patients. Postoperative stoma fistula occurred and was cured by conservative treatment in 1 case. No stoma stenosis or incision infection occurred. There was no perioperative mortality. Local recurrence existed in 1 patient and Miles rectectomy was performed in postoperative 6 months. [Conclusion] Anus-preserving rectectomy can be successfully performed with single stapler in treating low positioned rectal cancer. It＇s safe, oecumenical and practical, and significantly improves the quality of llfe.
