摘要
直-直变流器巳广泛用于计算机、电子装置、直流电传动和新能源中。太阳能发电、燃料电池本身只能输出较小的直流电压,其输出特性随负载变化大,因此需通过直-直变流器进行调节。多年来,随着电力电子器件和控制技术的发展,以追求紧凑、高性能、低损耗为目标,促使直-直变流器的电路拓扑、功能优化不断取得新的进步。基本电路通过重构、组合产生了各种新的变流器类型。与此同时,PWM开关模式直-直变流器的建模、软开关及各种现代控制技术的研究成果及移植应用,使得直-直变流器技术及其应用前景更加值得关注。
DC-DC converter is widely used in computer, electronic device, DC electric drive and new energy. DC-DC converter is required to modulate solar power generation and fuel battery for low DC voltage and large variable output characteristic along with the load. For many years, as the development of power electronic devices and control technology, the new progress of circuit topology and function optimization for DC-DC converter has been achieved with the aim of high function and low loss. The new converter types are obtained through restructuring and assembling of basic circuit. Meanwhile, with the application of PWM DC-DC converter modeling, soft switch and modern control technologies, the technology and its application prospect will be paid more attention.
