According to the layout of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the South Guangxi Coastal Economic Zone, consisting of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, is the window and takes the lead of the overall economic development of future Guangxi. But facts should be acknowledged that the industrial development and distribution of the economic zone not only depend on correct policy orientation, but also need adapt to the objective and practical productivity, and relate to people＇s ideological conversion and enterprising spirit. Therefore, we shold face up to the issues of industrial development and distribution of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
