关于我国财政分权改革与经济增长关系的几点看法

Opinions on the Relations between Fiscal Decentralization Reform and Economic Growth of China

本文对新中国成立以来财政体制改革的集权—过度分权—适当集权、规范分权的历程作了简要回顾,对我国财政分权改革和经济增长关系已有研究进行了简要述评,在此基础上,提出了自己的一些看法。

In the paper, the financial system reform course--from centralization to excessive decentralization to proper centralization, was reviewed briefly. There were brief comments on the studies of the relations of fiscal decentralization reform and economic growth. On this basis, some personal opinions were presented.
