骨科手术室精密仪器的管理

The equipment control of precision instruments in orthopedics operation room

目的:制定规范化、科学化的精密仪器管理措施,保证仪器的最大使用效能并延长其使用寿命,使其在骨科手术中发挥其应有作用。方法:根据我们多年来的管理经验,借鉴多家医院的管理之所长,并针对骨科手术室的实际情况,制定出骨科手术室精密仪器的管理措施。结果:精密仪器管理措施的制定,使骨科手术室的精密仪器得到合理、有效的利用,满足了骨科手术量大、急症手术多且随到随做的需要,提高了手术质量,缩短了手术时间,并将仪器的损耗降低到最低水平。结论:制定并实施以病人为中心的精密仪器管理措施,有利的配合了骨科手术的顺利开展,为医院和科室节约了可观的经济支出,受到医师?病人及院外同行的好评,也陆续被多家医院借鉴利用,实现了经济效益与社会效益的良好统一。

Objective：Establish normalized and scientific equipment control of precision instruments,ensure the instruments have good efficiency and longer longevity, provide the best service to the orthopedics operations. Methods：According to our management experience, referring to the management advanrage of other hospital, basing on the fact of our own ,we establish the rules of equipment control of precision instruments in orthopedics operation room. Resuits：According to the rules of precision instruments control, we found that all the precision instruments get fully utilization, fulfill the request of orthopedics surgery：large amount of operations and many of them are emergency improved the qulity of the operations, shortened operation time, decreased the damage of the instruments. Conclusions ：The equipment control of precision instruments we established provide good service to orthopedics operations, decreased the economy expenditure of our hospital and department ,welcomed by the doctors and patients ,the rules spread to other hospital and get the same good results.We get the best intergrution of social and economic benefits.
