干保存无菌持物钳在不同环境下无菌合格率的对比分析

目的:比较干保存无菌持物钳在不同环境下使用无菌合格率的差异。方法:将干保存的无菌持物钳分别在三种环境下使用,并且静放相同的时间,夹取无菌物品相同的次数后,再对无菌持物钳进行无菌实验。结果:无菌持物钳在Ⅰ类环境下6 h内无菌实验合格率可以达到100%,在Ⅱ类环境下5 h内无菌实验合格率可以达到100%,而在Ⅲ类环境下4 h内无菌实验合格率达到100%。结论:干保存无菌持物钳在不同环境下使用无菌合格率是不同的。

Objective ： To compare the different aseptic qualified of the dry holding forceps in the different level environment. Methods ： The dry holding forceps was put in three kinds environment respectively, And in the same time hold the aseptic things respectively, and then did the aseptic test, Results ： Aseptic holding forceps qualified rate was 100% in 6 hours in the first level environment, and was 5 hours in the second level, and was 4 hours in the third level. Conclusion ： Dry holding forceps aseptic test qualified was different in the different level environment.
