缬沙坦联合稳心颗粒防治阵发型房颤的作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较缬沙坦联合稳心颗粒与胺碘酮对阵发性房颤患者房颤复发预防的效果。方法:87例阵发性房颤,随机分为缬沙坦+稳心颗粒组(A组,n=44)和胺碘酮组(B组,n=43),随访时间为2年,初级终点为房颤复发。比较两组治疗后窦性心律维持率以及6、12、18、24个月的左心房内径。结果:A组窦性心律维持率明显高于B组,B组左心房内径大于A组。结论:缬沙坦联合稳心颗粒治疗阵发性房颤对预防房颤复发优于胺碘硐,并可抑制左心房扩大。 Objective:Compare the precautionary effect of the Valsartan unites Wenxinkeli on the Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence with it of the amiodarone, Method:87 patients who have the Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,were divided into the Valsartan unites Wenxinkeli group (A group,n=44) and the amiodarone group(B group,n=43), with visit time as 2 years, the primary end point was the recurrence of the atrial fibrillation, contrast maintenance rate of sinus rhythm and internal diameter of left atrium in two groups in post-treatment after 6,12,18 and 24 months. Result:The maintenance rate of sinus rhythm in A group is obviously higher than the B group, The internal diameter of left atrium in the B group is biger than it in the A group,Conclusion: the Valsartan unites Wenxinkeli is better than the amiodarone in the precautionary effect on the Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence,and inhibiting left atrium extension.
