冠心病胰岛素抵抗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 胰岛素抵抗（IR）指胰岛素（In）在促进葡萄糖摄取和利用方面受损，即一定量的In产生的生物学效应低于预计正常水平，此时机体为了尽可能将血糖维持在正常水平，代偿性过多分泌胰岛素，导致高胰岛素血症。随着近年来疾病谱的改变，对于代谢性疾病的研究进展很快，各学科交叉联系，目前瓜被认为是机体细胞、组织对胰岛素的敏感性和／或反应性降低的一种病理状态，由此引起的糖、脂代谢紊乱可导致糖尿病、肥胖症、高血压、动脉粥样硬化、
