酚醛树脂浸渍处理杨木的涂饰性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究采用3种油漆,分别对杨木未处理板材和用质量分数为30%的水溶性酚醛树脂溶液浸渍处理过的杨木板材进行涂饰,通过对两种板材的漆膜附着力、磨耗值和漆膜硬度3个指标的检测和对比,初步分析酚醛树脂浸渍处理对木材油漆涂饰性能的影响,结果表明该处理技术并未对板材的漆膜附着力和磨耗值产生明显的负面效应,反而使板材漆膜硬度较之处理前有所提高,这将为开发酚醛树脂浸渍处理木材产品提供技术支持。 Three types of paints were applied to spread onto untreated poplar lumber and treated poplar lumber by the low-molecular-weight water-soluble phenol-forxnaldehyde (PF) resin under the concentration of 30%. The adhering capacity, abrasion value and hardness of paint film were determined; influence of impregnation treatment with PF resin on the painting properties of wood was evaluated afterwards. The results showed that this treatment did not bring in too much negative effect on the adhering capacity and abrasion value of the paint film, but it improved the hardness of paint film, which will provide technical support for the exploitation of new products made from PF resin-impregnating wood.
