摘要
为提高振动给料随流孕育装置给料精度等级,通过对其给料过程实施程控称量、在线闭环反馈调整和采用可调下料口组件、减震底座组件、气动封口组件等技术措施,提高了等流量给料精度和给料总量精度,并且解决了该装置在非工作时由于外界震动影响引起的非正常落料,避免了孕育剂的浪费。该项目于2007年11月在山东潍柴得以应用,并取得良好效果。
In order to improve the feed precision of vibration stream inoculation device, the feed precision and the overall accuracy improve through program-controlled weighing, on-line closed-loop feedback adjustments and the use of adjustable feed assembly, vibration damping base components, pneumatic sealing components, and other technical measures and the external shocks arising from the non-normal blanking in the non-working hours was also solved, thus avoids the inoculant waste. In November, 2007, this project was put into production in WEIOHAI POWER CO., LTD and obtained the good results. The independent research and development project has applied or the national patent of invention.
