摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS,在对低压铸造过程流场和温度场深入分析的基础上,合理地设置初始条件和边界条件,打破"瞬时充型"的假设,耦合计算了低压铸造盘体铸件充型过程中流场和温度场,并将温度场的模拟结果与实测结果进行比较。结果表明,模拟结果与实测结果相符。盘体铸件的数值模拟将为后续此类低压铸件数值模拟提供参考。
Based on the further analysis of flow field and temperature field during process of lowpressure die casting, the flow field and temperature field in the filling process of disk casting under low-pressure die casting were couple-calculated by utilizing ANSYS software, establishing initial and boundary conditions reasonably and negating the "mold filling instant" assumption, and the simulated temperature fields were compared with the measured results, The results show that the simulation results were in accordance with the measured results, and the simulation of disk casting can provide some references to these kinds of similar castings.
