基于Intranet的铸件炉料配比系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of Foundry Charging Mixing Software Based on Intranet

在铸件生产中,配料是一项十分重要的技术工作,它在很大程度上决定了铸件的材质性能及材料成本。本文对铸造企业配料过程中的业务流程及用户角色进行了分析,提出了系统的需求及总体设计,开发出了一套包括库存管理、炉料数据库管理、计算炉料配比、配料清单、用户及权限等模块的基于Intranet的铸件炉料配比系统。系统不但优化了铸件炉料配比的计算,而且能对铸造熔炼过程的相关数据进行有效管理。

Foundry charging mixing process is an important procedure in casting production, which determines the performance and materials cost of the castings. The paper analyzed the user＇s role of foundry charging mixing process, summarized theirs needs, and then developed a system based on Intranet, which includes charging stock module, database management module, charging mixing module, charging mixing list module, user and authority module. The system not only can optimize the charging mixing results but also can manage the relative information efficiently.
