摘要
蜡镶铸造中,宝石要承受高温焙烧和浇注时高温金属液的热冲击,以及铸造收缩过程中产生的机械应力等影响,特别是在迫镶多粒宝石时,很容易发生烂石问题,给企业造成了很大的经济损失。本文对蜡镶铸造烂石问题进行了试验,从石质和宝石的形状尺寸两方面分析了配石操作对蜡镶烂石的影响,并提出了相应的解决对策。
During wax-setting jewelry casting, the gems, especially for multi-gems channel setting, were prone to crack since they are subject to high temperature baking, thermal impact of molten metal during pouring and the mechanical stresses caused by shrinkage, It Will caus great loss to the jewelry company. In this investigation, the gem cracking occurred in wax-setting casting process were studied, and the effect of the gem preparation on the formation of crack were analyzed from gem quality and gem shape or size, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
