摘要 硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖是细胞外基质和基膜的主要组成成分,同时也是细胞外基质结构完整和稳定的关键。乙酰肝素酶是目前体内唯一能够降解硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖的D-葡萄糖醛酸内切酶,在卵巢癌的播散和转移过程中起重要作用。作者就乙酰肝素酶的一般概况、表达调控以及乙酰肝素酶在卵巢癌中的研究进展作一综述。 Heparan sulphate proteoglycans (HSPG) are major components of the extracellular matrix of the cell-surface membrane and play a key role in the self-assembly and integrity of the extracellular matrix multi-molecular architecture. Heparanase, as an endo-β-glucuronidase enzyme that specifically degrades HSPG, is closely associated with ovarian cancer metastasis and invasion. This review describes the current knowledge about heparanase, focusing on its expression, regulation and implication in ovarian cancer metastasis and angiogenesis.
