摘要 自Halsted提出乳腺癌根治术后的一个多世纪以来,乳腺癌的治疗已从单纯手术切除发展为全身性综合治疗,而新辅助化疗在乳腺癌的综合性治疗中占有很重要的地位。现就乳腺癌新辅助化疗的影像学监测、化疗前后肿瘤细胞分子生物学的改变、化疗后前哨淋巴结活检、雌激素和孕激素受体对新辅助化疗的意义等方面进行综述。 Since Halsted proposed radical surgery this disease has developed from simple surgery to a for breast cancer a century ago, the management of systemic comprehensive therapy, in which neoadjurant chemotherapy takes a very important part. This review briefly discusses the role of PET and MRI monitoring in neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the molecular changes and sentinel lymph node biopsy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and the clinical value of estrogen and progesterone receptors to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
