检索近10年Medline数据库、清华同方全文数据库及相关书籍有关细胞培养技术的文章,详细初审资料,并查看每篇文献后的引文,排除重复研究或Meta分析类文章。细胞培养技术是成功培养细胞的前提。细胞培养是现代生物科学中发展十分迅速的一种实验技术,细胞培养也是研究病毒与研制疫苗的基础技术,细胞培养的培养物可为单个细胞或细胞群,但细胞培养工作十分繁琐,环节较多。标准无菌室的设计、物品的准备、工作规则的制定及注意事项都是细胞培养顺利完成的先决要素。

Medline Database, Tsinghua Tongfang Full Text Database and relevant books were retrieved for articles published in recent ten years. Data were checked in detail and quotations of each article were looked through. Articles with repetitive studies or Meta analysis were excluded. Cell culture technique is the basis for success culture. Cell culture is an experimental technique that rapidly developed in modem biological science. Cell culture is also a basis for studying virus and vaccine. Culture materials can be a single cell or a cell mass, but cell culture is quite complicated. Design of standard sterile room, preparation of goods, establishment of work regulation and announcements are the primary factor of cell culture.
