摘要
目的初步探讨三维对比增强MRA(3D DCE MRA)对肾静脉(RV)主干变异的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析使用三维容积超快速多期动态增强扫描(Propeller LAVA)行腹部检查患者220例,均采用容积再现(VR)进行RV重建。结果220例共检出RV变异21例,检出率9.6%。右肾RV变异6例;左侧肾RV变异15例,其中主动脉周围型RV变异11例,完全性主动脉后位型RV变异4例。结论3DDCEMRA能清楚显示和诊断肾静脉变异。
Objective To preliminarily explore the diagnostic value of renal veins variation with 3D DCE MRA. Methods 220 patients performed abdominal contrast enhancement MRA scanning（LAVA） and reconstructed renal veins by volume reformation were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 21 cases （9.6%） with variation of RV in all 220 cases, including 6 cases of variation of right RV and 15 cases of that of left RV. In 25 cases of the varation of left RV. There were 11 cases of left RV near by aorta and 4 cases of left RV behind aorta completely. Conclusion Renal veins variation could be clearly showed and diagnosed with 3D DCE MRA.
