结合山西兴能发电有限责任公司的实际情况,针对300 MW发电机励磁碳刷和滑环的常见故障,从碳刷性能、运行条件及运行维护等方面进行了分析,并以此为依据提出了相应的维护对策,对规范发电机碳刷、滑环运行维护管理,减少或避免转子回路失磁、转子短路等重大事故的发生有一定的借鉴意义。

According to the actual situation of Shanxi Xingneng power Co. ,Ltd, in view of the familiar fault of excitation carbon brush and slipping ring of 300 MW generator, from aspects of carbon brush performance, running condition and running maintenance carries on analysis, and puts forward the corresponding maintenance countermeas- ure by taking this as the basis, for the standard of generator carbon brush, slipping ring running maintenance manage- ment ,then has certain reference significance to reduce or avoid major accident occurrence of losing magnetism and short circuit of the rotor circuit and so on.
