摘要
淬火介质对保证淬火工艺实施有重要作用。采用水或油作为淬火介质,发现这两种淬火介质存在一定缺陷,不能满足生产需要。通过分析理想淬火介质的冷却曲线,发现一种新型介质JEF-2淬火介质的冷却特性基本可以满足要求。介绍了这种新型淬火介质的冷却原理、使用条件及技术要点。实践证明,该介质可满足生产需要,提高产品质量,降低成本,节约能源。
Quenching agent plays important function in implementing quenching technology. When applying water and oil as quenching agents, we can found some shortcomings so the two quenching agents can not meet manufacture demand. After compare cooling curve of perfect quenching agents, we found that cooling principle of a new type quenching agent can meet our demand. The paper is about new quenching agent＇ s cooling principle, application condition and technical points. Practice proves that the quenching agent can meet manufacture need and improve production quality. Also the quenching agent was proved can reduce cost and save energy.
