摘要
目的探讨改良手助腹腔镜下脾切除术的安全性、有效性、经济性和微创性。方法回顾分析2006年5月至2007年12月完成的12例改良手助腹腔镜下脾切除术的手术时间,术中出血量及术后并发症等情况。结果12例全部在改良手助腹腔镜下完成脾切除术,无中转开腹,平均脾脏切除时间为2.04h,术中平均出血量为181.6mL,术后平均住院时间为6.75d,无手术直接导致的并发症及死亡发生。结论改良手助腹腔镜下脾切除术是安全有效的新方法,适用于脾脏疾病的脾切除手术。
Objective To evaluate the safety, efficiency, economy and micro-invasion of improved hand-assisted laparoscopie splenectomy(HALS). Methods We reviewed the perioperative outcomes and complications of 12 patients who received improved hand assisted laparoscopic splenectomy, from May 2006 to October 2007. Results All patients received improved hand-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy and no one was converted to open surgery. The average duration of spelencotomy was 2. 04 hours; the average amount of bleeding during operation was 181. 6 mL and the average stay of postoperative discharging was 6. 75 days. No complications or deaths directly resulted from HALS happened. Conclusions Improved hand assisted laparoscopic splenectomy is a new method for splenectomy with high safety and efficiency, which is suitable for diseases of the spleen.
