摘要
代谢组学是近几年发展起来的对某一生物或细胞所有低分子量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新学科,是系统生物学的重要组成部分。本文简要介绍了代谢组学的概念和研究方法,对当前代谢组学在肿瘤诊断中的应用进展进行综述。
Metabonomics is a new science developed in recent years to quantitatively or qualitatively analyze all the low molecular weight metabolites in an organism or cells. Metabonomics plays an important role in systems biology. In this paper, the concept and research techniques are introduced, the current progress of metabonomics in tumor diagonosis is reviewed.
