胸膜孤立性纤维瘤是一种罕见的间叶肿瘤,目前认为该肿瘤起源于胸膜间皮层下方的纤维母细胞。根据病理学特征,可以分为良性和恶性两类。该疾病的最佳治疗方法是完整的手术切除。本文就胸膜孤立性纤维瘤的流行病学、临床表现、影像学特征、鉴别诊断、治疗方法、病理以及预后展开综述。

Solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that probably derives from fibroblast located in the submesothelial interspace of the pleural space. According to the pathological features, we can divide tumors into two categories： benignancy and malignancy. Complete surgical resection is the best treatment method. In this review, the epidemiology, clinical presentation, radiologic features, differential diagnosis, treatment, pathology and prognosis of this disease are described.
