摘要
D 2.5胃癌根治术适应证为已经有第二站淋巴结转移的胃癌。本文结合文献及作者经验介绍其手术操作步骤、注意要点,并对其疗效加以评价。
The indication of D2.5 lymphadenectomy is gastric cancer with the second station lymph nodes metastasis.In this article,the surgical techniques and skills of D 2.5 lymphadenectomy is expatiated,and its therapeutic effect is evaluated based on related literatures and the author＇s experiences.
