富砷饮水对居民下肢血管的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨富砷饮水对居民下肢3支动脉血管的影响。方法选择15~40岁15例已确诊的典型砷中毒患者,按1:1配比选择对照,采用彩色多普勒血流显像技术检测双下肢3支动脉11项指标,采用触诊法检测下肢3支动脉的搏动力度。结果患者组左下肢足背动脉管径显著小于对照组(P〈0.05);每搏血流量、每分血流量显著少于对照组(P〈0.05)。患者组检出足背动脉搏动减弱3例(20%),对照组未检出。结论富砷饮水可对居民下肢血管特别是足背动脉产生一定程度的影响。 Objective To discuss the influence of rich arsenic potable water on the three artery blood vessels in inhabitant's lower limb. Methods To choose 15 typical arsenic poison patients who have been diagnosed and whose age ranges from 15 to 40, according to 1: 1 allocated proportion choice comparison, by using the colored Doppler blood stream developing technolo- gy to examine 11 targets and 3 arteries in the double lower limb and using the palpation law to examine the putsation dynamics of 3 arteries in the lower limb. Results The patient groupg dorsum pedis artery caliber of left lower limb is obviously smaller than the control groupg ( P 〈0.05 ) ; Wrestling blood stream quantity every time and each minute blood stream quantity are obviously short in the control group ( P 〈0.05). There has picked out 3 examples (20%) in the patient group whose dorsum pedis artery putsation are weaken while the control group has not picked out. Conclusions The rich arsenic potable water may have certain influence on the inhabitant's blood vessel in the lower limb, specially on the dorsum pedis artery.
