地震后转伤员前接分类的做法与体会

Experience of initial reception and classification of the wounded in Wenchuan Earthquake

5月12日四川汶川发生里氏8级大地震,随着救治工作的进一步推进,部分符合后送条件的地震伤员向后方医院转移。在地震后转伤员的收治工作中,前接是后方医院接收地震伤员的第一个环节。做好前接工作必须完善应急预案,统一指挥,科学制定计划,合理抽组人员,统筹协调,有序实施前接分类,及时指导院内收容,实现接治结合,为整个收治工作的顺利进行奠定基础。

After the magnitude-8 earthquake in Wenehuan, some of the wounded were transferred to Nanjing for treatment. As the very first step in the whole process, receiving the wounded immediately upon arrival is of crucial importance. The successful performance of the initial step requires a perfected emergency plan, unified command, overall cooperation, rational organization of medical teams and scientific classification of the patients, so as to ensure correctly directed admission and proper treatment.
