摘要 目的:探讨Survivin,Bcl-2,Bax蛋白在胃癌中表达与临床病理的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法观察Survivin,Bcl-2,Bax蛋白在胃癌(年龄30~82岁,男68例,女32例)中的表达。结果:Survivin表达阳性率为47.0%;Bcl-2表达阳性率为57.0%;Bax表达阳性率为33.0%。分化较好组的Survivin蛋白表达阳性率低于分化较差组,有显著性差异(30.0%vs54.3%,P〈0.05),分化较差组的Bcl-2阳性表达率(64.3%)明显高于分化较好组(40.0%),有显著性差异(P〈0.05),分化较好组中Bax蛋白阳性率高于分化较差组,有显著性差异(56.1%vs22.9%,P〈0.05)。Survivin,Bcl-2表达率在淋巴结转移组高于无转移组,Bax表达率正相反。结论:Survivin,Bcl-2和Bax在胃癌的发生、发展中起着不同程度的作用,它们的检测对胃癌恶性程度的判定、预后分析和进一步治疗提供有效的依据。 AIM: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2, Bax and the clinicopathologic parameters in gastric carcinoma. METHODS: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2 and Bax in 100 cases of gastric carcinoma( 68 males, 32 females )aging from 30 to 82. RESULTS: Survivin positive expression rate was 47.0%. Bcl-2 positive expression rate was 57.0%. Bax positive expression rate was 33.0%. In the well-differentiation group, Survivin positive expression rate was lower than that in the poordifferentiation group(30.0% vs 54.3%,P 〈 0.05 ). In the poordifferentiation group, Bcl-2 positive expression rate (64.3%) was higher than that in the well-differentiation group(40.0% ) ( P 〈 0.05). In the well-differentiation group, Bax positive expression rate was higher than that in the poor-differentiation group(56.1% vs 22.9% , P 〈 0.05 ). The expression rates of Survivin, Bcl-2 were higher in the lymphnode metastasis group than in non-metastasis group. While Bax expression rate was lower in metastasis group than in non-metastasis group. CONCLUSION: Survivin, Bcl-2 and Bax play different roles in gastric carcinoma occurrence and development. Their detection could afford effective basis for assessment, prognosis analysis, and further treatment of gastric carcinoma.
