清口颗粒无糖型颗粒剂成型工艺的研究

Formalizing process of free-sugar granule of Qingkou

目的:筛选出无糖型清口颗粒的最佳处方及成型工艺.方法:以其成型性、溶解性及抗湿性为筛选指标,筛选出其处方中加入辅料的品种、配比及其最佳成型工艺.结果:一份清口颗粒提取物中加入1.3倍的糊精,100 mg/g的微晶纤维素(MCC),1 g/L的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为最佳处方.结论:该处方的成型性及抗湿性能均较好.

AIM： To select the proper excipients for free-sugar granule of Qingkou and the preparation process. METHODS： With formalizing properties, solubility and anti-moisture as the judgement criteria, the kinds and ratio of the excipients and preparation process were screened out. RESULTS： The most proper excipient combination of one portion of the extract of Qingkou Granule consisted of 1.3 times dextin, 100mg/g MCC and 1g/L PVP. CONCLUSION： The formalizing properties and anti-moisture of the excipients are satisfactory.
