摘要 目的:研究正常大鼠脑血管、神经元和星形胶质细胞的空间构筑。方法:活体灌注墨汁显示脑血管,脑组织冰冻连续切片,行神经胶质酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP)免疫组织化学和尼氏染色。结果:星形胶质细胞沿着血管分支的走行分布;神经元分布密集的区域血管分布相对集中;神经元和星形胶质细胞分布具有区域性。结论:此方法能较好地显示神经血管单位的空间构筑关系,其分布的区域性差异可能与相应的生理活动和调节功能有关。 Objective To demonstrate the spatial organization of neurons, astrocytes and vesneurons in the region of the relatively rich blood vessels. Neurons and astrocytes presented regional distribution. Conclusion This method can well indicate the spatial organization of neurovascular unit, the regional differences in the distribution may be related to physical activities and the corresponding adjustment function.
