缝牵引矫正唇腭裂面中部畸形的现状及前景

摘要 南于先天发育缺陷、唇腭裂修复术创伤、不适当的正畸治疗、壤痕挛缩及血运障碍等原因，唇腭裂患者面中部畸形较一般的牙颌面发育畸形更为复杂，严重影响了患者的颌面功能及外形。因此，唇腭裂患者面中部畸形的修复已成为较常见的临床问题。
