摘要 心室辅助是现代医学治疗终末心力衰竭最有效的手段之一。目前临床应用或试用的心室辅助装置种类较多。本文介绍可植入式微型轴流式心室辅助装置—Jarvik2000心室辅助装置及其临床应用效果。 Ventricle assist is an effective method for the end stage heart failure in this century. There are various kinds of ventricular assist devices（VAD）.The present article will introduce the new implantable axial flow ventricular assist device- Jarvik2000VAD and its clinical result.
