目的:探讨HITACHI7060全自动生化分析仪的故障分析与维护保养,总结使用中的经验和注意事项。方法:HITACHI7060全自动生化分析仪日常使用过程中按标准操作程序操作,执行开机前检查,工作前准备,开机后起始校准和维护等程序。按维护保养程序进行,执行每周维护保养、每月维护保养、每三月维护保养和每半年维护保养等程序,并作详细记录。结果:通过严格执行清洗反应杯,测定杯空白,样品针、试剂针、搅拌棒和各清洗槽的清洗,浓废液流路清洗,更换反应杯、清扫试剂冷藏库和样品盘槽,清洗反应槽及反应槽排水过滤网,清洗供水过滤网,清扫散热器过滤网,参数备份,样品吸量器密封垫的更换,试剂吸量器密封垫的更换,清扫冷却风扇和更换光源灯等一系列措施,加之对异常结果报警的分析和判断能力及工作经验,仪器至今使用正常。结论:仪器的效率发挥和使用寿命长短不仅取决于严格规范的操作,而且取决于专业技术操作人员的专业水平、业务素质、观察分析能力和规范的维护保养。

Objective： Probe into HITACHI 7060 automatic analyzer of the breakdown analysis and maintenance, and tally up experience and the regulation in the usage. Methods： HITACHI 7060 automatic analyzer operates everyday in according to standard operation procedure. We perform the procedure of check before operation, preparation before measurement, calibration selection and maintenance, carry out the weekly, monthly, quarter of a year and half-year maintenance and check-up according to SOP and make a detailed record. Results： Through a strict performance of wash the reaction cuvettes, measures the cell blank, clean the sample and reagent probes, the stirring rod, and concentrated waste conduit, replace reaction cuvettes, clean the reagent cooling unit and sample disk tray, clean incubation bath and its drain filter, clean supply water filter and radiator filter, copy the disk, replace seal piece for sample and reagent syringe, clean the cooling fan, replace photometer light source lamp, plus the ability of analysis and judge the alarms and work experience, the analyzer works well to this day. Conclusion： The efficiency and life-span of the instrument is decided by not only strictly follow the SOP, but also the professional level, operation diathesis and observe and analysis ability of the operator.
